365 Movies Day #39 "The Lookout"
Awhile back, I talked "Killshot". Here is another incredibly impressive, underappreciated performance form Joseph Gordon Levitt. Starring as Chris, a former high school hockey star who suffered short term memory damage during a tragic accident, Levitt is brilliant.
Basically, Chris, due to his injury is stuck working as a night cleaning guy at a bank, which makes him the perfect inside man for a bank heist! He is approached by a crew and the film goes from there. Some outstanding performances from Jeff Daniels and Matthew Goode as well. Directed by Scott Frank, who is much better known for his screenplay work.
